Marks In Basecoat! Help!

I'm currently painting my mini renault liquid yellow which is a three stage paint! Basecoat, pearl coat then laquer! Everything was going smoothly and a lovely flat finish then I noticed and area about 2cm on the top of the drivers wing! Its a small dip in the paint with a small line! I flattened the laquer but you can still see the mark in the pearl coat!
I masked the area and flattened it to 400 then blew over the area with basecoat and then flattened that to 600! At this stage you can't see a mark in the paint! I then pearl coated and then laquered! When left for about an hour the paint had all set and the mark had returned! Because the whole paint process is 1 pack and the laquer eats into the paint before I think is shrinking onto this mark?
But how do I get rid of it with going crazy and taking the paint back?

Is that an area of repair?
Possibly where you have filled an unwanted aerial hole in?

Looks like sinkage.
Is that an area of repair?
Possibly where you have filled an unwanted aerial hole in?
That would be a good reason and I wish it was the case but this is on the drivers side n my ariel which I have filled was on the passengers sides and there's no mark over there??

have u moved the car into daylight and seen how it looks, could just look like that with shadows and stuff inside???
Iv tried everything lol
The only time you can see the mark is if your stood direct above it so It would only be me seeing it really! I think I'm just gunna finish the car and then if its annoying me when driving ill get a spray shop to correct it as they know more than I do

I'm not too keen on the idea of starting to put stuff onto the paintwork that I know nothing about
You are right it takes a lot of skill to blend a pearl coat, its fairly easy to do the job and the whole car looks amazing but to repair is a pain in the butt!

If it is just a base colour that has pearl in it its a different case but as the pearl has been applied as a separate coat/s then they have to replicate this with there conditions and setup.

It looks to me like someone's filled a small dent, and painted over it without priming, and it's picked up around the edges. It won't be so noticeable outside and in the sun, but you will always notice it, because you know it's there!
I can assure you the car was prepped extremely well and filled and the primed and I'm quite a perfectionist which is why a 2cm area has annoyed me so much!
