i bought an engine from slyoldfox.was a good engine went like the clappers but went through more oil than petrol loads of blue smoke from the first start up. though thats the risk i took buying a second hand engine. he was very good arranged delivery of the engine, it only took aday to arrive!

thread cleaned up , IMO i like the idea of a list of trusted sellers from individuals personal experiences.

Just an idea but I though it would be good if we could put who recommends them next to the name, just some people might have had issues with them whereas other people have had a really good experience

The idea came after I paid over £500 over to three members bank accounts for high ticket merchandise, all three delivered the goods quickly, all well packaged, and most importantly all three gave very accurate descriptions.

So to pick up from your comments, can you create a table with

SELLERS NAME--- DATE---- DESCRIPTION OF GOODS---- COMMENTS (up to say 80 characters)


Disputes, and there will be a few, go to a trusted older member who can make an impartial judgement

Nice idea, but I can see this getting unmanageable.

It wants sorting in to alphabetical order at the very least.

....and without intending to insult anybody, remember just because someone else had a good experience doesn't mean you're guaranteed one, so exercise the same care you would buying anything online.
