Car Pulling To Left

Model:neon
Year: 1991
Description of problem (please be as in depth as possible):

the problem is my car pulls to the left the tracking seems to be okay
and i have put a recon caliper on and renewed the flex pipe
what can it be ?

Any non-standard parts that might be involved with the problem?

Check that all your wheels are turning freely. It might be that one of the rear shoes is out of adjustment. Also check all the subframe mounts. I have had a rear subframe mount corrode and come apart which caused the car to crab.

im thinking it could be the rear one as my handbreak dont work that well :)

Check to see if the pistons in the calipers are not sticking, even if they are new, you never know.

Does it pull when braking or just driving along?

check dive shafts. bleed the brakes , check you have not got a buckled wheels or your track rod isint in need of renewing also check your knuckle joint ont he ofending side they only have to drop 1mm and car drops sevral mm witch could caurse the car to pul to one side also try sumthink so comman as the tyre pressures hope this helps

Backing up a bit, did the car pull to the left prior to the repairs and work you have done?
Is/are there other repairs that you have made (even seemingly insignificant ones)?

Tracking to me refers to to-in/toe-out. When that's wrong you can get vibration in the wheel. Pulling left or right is typically associated with camber problems if it is suspension/steering related.
If the car was not doing this before... did you perhaps hit the curb with either wheel or did the car otherwise experience any major bump recently?
