Speakers Interference With Engine ?

Ok.. i turn my ignition on and when i go to rev, my speakers are interfering with sound of the engine.

how do i stop this or what is needed.


do i need a capicitor or is that what its called >_< ?

You need a supressor/filter I think - can get inline ones which you just "cut and shut"

You need a supressor/filter I think - can get inline ones which you just "cut and shut"

searched for what you told me, looks all confusing for me lol .. do you know what a capacitor does?

Just checked online - if you're getting alternator whine then you will probably need a "choke" (fitted inline on the radio feed)

If your getting a harsh sort of noise you'll need a supressor (think they maybe called a Noise suppression capacitor) - you local Halfords should stock them and be able to tell you more about them (unless someone else can lend a hand on here)

Is there anything in the ICE section of this forum?

i picked up a suppressor from halfords yesterday. its a harsh noise i am getting so i hope this will do the trick.

will fit it this weekend.
