searched for what you told me, looks all confusing for me lol .. do you know what a capacitor does? You need a supressor/filter I think - can get inline ones which you just "cut and shut"

i picked up a suppressor from halfords yesterday. its a harsh noise i am getting so i hope this will do the trick.Just checked online - if you're getting alternator whine then you will probably need a "choke" (fitted inline on the radio feed)
If your getting a harsh sort of noise you'll need a supressor (think they maybe called a Noise suppression capacitor) - you local Halfords should stock them and be able to tell you more about them (unless someone else can lend a hand on here)
