Hi all,

Been reading alot of your builds and asking loads of questions so I thought I'll repay everyone by sharing my project on here too!

First of all here is my mini during its first restoration:

Attached File  DSCN0267.JPG   789.38K   5 downloads

Attached File  DSCN0270.JPG   830.54K   4 downloads

After working through the birds nest of cables I managed to neaten it up and install my new dash and steering wheel

Attached File  mini_dash_2.JPG   187.73K   5 downloads

Attached File  mini_steering.JPG   190.07K   5 downloads

Unfortunately I did not take many pictures of the mini complete as I was too excited about driving it but here is one after the respray:

Then I had a short somewhere killing the battery every other day so traced it back to behind the dashboard and once it was all in bits again I decided that its a good time to take the engine out and make that my next project.
