Right where to begin, me and my dad are re-building this tired old mini,it was originally going to be my 'first car' but it took alot longer than first thought as these thinks do.. i passed my test in july last year and its only just back on wheels haha, its had a full front, 2 doors, inner and outer sills, o/s seam replaced, rear valance and alot of them anoying little hard to reach holes, its painted in i suppose can only be described as a type of diablo/nightfire red and is having black roof, arches and wheels.......

more pictures up soon, car is now painted and is in the process of being built back up..

what you guys thik so far????

ermmmm obviously the wrong bit this.... wheres the right section for this type of thing? lol

I guess "complete mini rebuilds". A mod will move it for you if you ask (surprised they haven't already). You'll get a lot more feedback in the right section.

Looking good. What size is the engine? I thought my eyes were going funny, I thought you said you'd painted the car red and I was pretty sure it wasnt! Then I realised you meant the engine!
