just had an email fro worcs police telling me that PIE aka SIMON WATTEN has been charged for the crime he commited on tmf.

he was given a 12 month community order, 120 hours un-paid work £200 comp and £85 court costs

im a little *drunk* off, i dont think that comp is for me when it should be as thats the amount he stole from me

has anyone else been contacted

£85 costs sounds like he pleaded guilty, you should contact the police and find out the details of exactly what he was charged with, it's disappointing if they didn't give you the opportunity to make a victim statement & ask for damages but it's not unusual for for them to dish out a hefty fine while the victim gets nowt. I really don't know, but you might be entitled to claim from the victim's fund they get all convicts to pay in to.

You might find he is being charged by all the separate police forces involved. So his sentence may yet increase, and more people nvolved may get there compo.
