i emailed the copper in charge and she said the £200 comp is for me

Im over the moon that he has finally been charged!
Although I have also emailed the copper and she says the compensation is for me? Gowd knows??

did the police have your details? It would be better if they formed part of the prosecution evidence presented in court but you'd still be looking at civil court action to make a claim.Can you prove he owes you and could he pay?

ive got all the messages he sent and the reciept for the money i paid into his account! i passed my details on to the admin on here who was getting everything together to give to the police! so im assuming they have my details but havent heard anything! i only found out that it had gone to court by stumbling across this thread by accident!
