Im Just Wondering How much difference would a stage 3 head make on a 998 with stage one kit, i am also looking to Change the cam to a road/race.

In terms of HP.

And Also how much horse power the MG metro 1275's had in them, and if it would be better going that way with it

depending on how engine is in good order and how wisely the parts are choosen, any mods will give different results.
A good stg 1 kit will add about 7/8 bhp. Then you need a so called stg 3 head to gain about 5 bhp and unlock further performance. So you can add a hotter cam and gain other 8 bhp. A well tuned 998 can have roughly the same performance of the mg metro engine, which will probably need a rebuild, and can have from 60 to 70 bhp at the fly.
