hi, i have hi lo's on the front of my car for a while and have only recently got round to putting them, i am going to sound so stupid now i should no this, but its baffling me, i have put them on correctly but to lower the car would i twist the bolt so it goes longer and pushes on the rear radius arm or the opposite way, the resson for me not trying is it is really stiff to move it at the moment. and dont want to try it an realise its the opposite way.

thanks regards mike
