Hi All,
I am thinking of going supercharged, and was wondering what size block should I be looking at and what size cam/head etc.
I have been offered a 1380 with 286 cam and stage 3 head, is this going to be too heavy going with a supercharger? Am I better sticking with my current 1275 with stage 2 head and 266 cam?
I know there are problems with decompression plates and push rod lengths etc for the supercharger kits also. Is there really that much hassle setting up a supercharged mini and keeping it 'reliable'?
Thanks all.

This has been covered quite a lot, but the crap search function means that you can't readily find what you want.
basically the head and 1380 will be fine, I'm not sure what you mean by 'heavy going'. However, you will need to lower the CR. Also the 266 will be the better chouce of cam.
