well i based what i said on what ive heard, the gf's dad ofter goes to japan on business trips (hes a director of an IT company). he brought me back a jap mini magazine but he said all the time he was there he never saw one and alot of the Japanese people he talked to said they never see them either.
minis arnt a regular sight over here anymore but i usually see at least a couple a week. theres about 9 in the little town that i live in.
