Locks the primary gear to undo the first motion shaft nut with the engine in situ.


Haha, I like that. Isn't that the center from a clutch plate?

not great with i.t. but will try and sort some scans of the old original manuals.the tool for radius arm bushes/bearings is effectively like a length of threaded bar with two stepped 'cones' which draw the bearings with a nice central location.everyone i know uses a soft hammer and bravery but i like making tools!!

ground a screwdriver down with grinder so its not as chunky on the end and used it as a chisel :)
