Ok so my mini has sat in my garage for a month, before it went in everything worked well, I went out the other day to get something out of the glovebox and I thought I'd just check a few things inside, now when I turn the igntion to the first stop everything is normal, now when I turn it one more time all of the warning lights came on as normal and then after a few seconds the srs light goes out, as normal, now I turned the radio on and it worked fine, I then turned th headlights onto low beam, everything was still working fine, I then turned the headlights to dipped beam and the radio looses power (i know it losses power because it cant actually be turned off, it only goes into standby and 1 switch is illuminted on it and this switch wasn't illuminetd) and the srs light comes on, now when I turn the headlights back to low beam everything goes back to normal, Anyone got any ideas of whats going on?

P.S it hasn't been started in a month so could this just be a low battery or something???

Many thanks In advance

A month is a long time is this weather for a car not to be started. I would suggest charging the battery and seeing if the problem goes away.

If charging the battery dos'nt solve your fault, try checking all the live and earth connections

Don't forget that Minis have personalities; yours may just be lonely - take him /her for a run, don't keep it locked up! fresh air and exercise are just what Minis need to keep healthy!
