hiya,

im 16 dont know much about my mini engine at mo but it keeps playing up and im just wondering if there any 1 kind enough to come have a look at her and see if you can tell me whats wrong :(

try medievil minis, they are around your area...

hey,

My clubs based in warwickshire, how bad is it, and are you able to drive it?

it wont start it might start 1 day then the next nufin it turns over fine im not able to drive it im only 16 ive changed the spark plugs before then it fired like a beauty then the next day nufin

well i can try to but you actually havent said the problem in details really, so can only guess

sorry basicly it will start first time for say 3 days then after than nufin it just turns over with no engine start it got a stage 1 exhaust and airfilter but standard head. that time it woundnt start i chanhed the spark plugs and it started fine no probs but now a week on its doing the same thing

when you took the spark plugs out, what colour were they? like a really dark brown/ black colour? if so its usually over fueling and so you need to change the mixture and that should help with starting it?

Anybody else out there got an idea?

they had black soot i have no idea how to change the mixture

yeh sounds like its probs overfueling and thats why the spark plugs are black and when you changed them to new the car started.

urmm i cant do anything tonight but i can see if anybody in club is free over the weekend? also do you have an haynes?
