Removable Steering Wheel. The Ultimate Deterrent?

So the mini is back, looking nice and shiny, I hear that a lot of minis are being pinched in London so looking for some security. I was thinking of a disklok but reviews are mixed. Thinking a removable steering wheel would be a good deterrent? Anyone have one? any feedback? anyone point me in the right direction as to where I can get one?

hi removing the wheel would be no deterrent they just use mole grips to steer the car

I have a removable steering wheel - i have it for more peace of mind to be honest. I think that the more opportunist type theif wouldnt bother if i didnt have a steering wheel.
