MPI
1998
Description of problem (please be as in depth as possible):
Can anyone tell me how many earth points their are in an mpi mini? Also what parts earth through their body, as apposed to having an earth wire?
Reason i'm asking is i'm rewiring my 1991 mini with an mpi loom and dont want it going up in flames!
One last thing, the headlight dip dim resistor is attached to a metal plate then bolted to the body, is there a reason for this or can i take it off the plate and tuck it away out the road somewhere?
Thanks in advance.
Any non-standard parts that might be involved with the problem?
