1. they are bolts... ( or technically flanged bolts )
2. 1/2" AF is the size of the spanner, if they are nuts
3. which ones do you mean... the bolts holding the clutch cover to the transfer casing or the bolts holding the transfer case to the engine/gearbox

Later ones are 7/16" AF. Still with 5/16 thread in either UNF or UNC depending on if it goes into the iron block or ali gearbox casing,

Yeah the that hold cover to block/ gearbox, there's bolts and studes which need nuts on, I have lots them you see and need to get some more from somewhere.

use 5/16" UNF nylocs
