i went out today after work and tinkerd on the mini its a 998cc and iv hit problems its baffeld me right here gos
i changed the points
the coil
the condenser
the rotor arm
and dizzy cap
ive set the points at 0.25 on my gage as was told thats what ment to be when on wideist point and id set these a few days ago was working fine at these settings i try and fire up no spark al wires are up to now correct as far as i no
i have back tracked and put all old stuff back on still nothink any sugestions anyone has this problem i need good info ha mybe a fuse ?? or sumthink

The points gap is 15thou, or 0.4mm in new money.
Make sure the little earthing wire is connected under the condenser but the wires on the points are insulated - only touching the spring.

when you say earthing wire conecting under ther condenser does that matter if its ontop or dos the condeser have to on top of earthing wire if u get me i,e screw threw earth wire then condeser into hole thats way mine is now ??

Shouldn't matter as long as it is earthed, and not stretched tight.
