im new to restoring and dont really know much about minis in general but here goes.......

were looking to replace the front floor panels in a leyland mini 95 / pickup and am wandering if the floor panels are the same as in a saloon or if there is a specific panel i have to buy specificly for the pickup

also will i need to brace the shell on the doors or anywhere else

any advice would be great

I'd have a look on minipickup.org and if you can't find out put a post on there. M-machine seem to be the place most of the pick-up boys get panels from so they should be able to tell you as well if your looking to buy panels

If its the panels in front of the cross member which the seats attach to then yes a saloon floor panel would fit. only difference would be if the gearbox was a rod (long bent lever at approx 45 degrees) or the remote (straight up lever) the latter is the most common.

Yes, the front floor pans are the same as saloons, the rears are longer (or if you buy a complete one then they are longer). Gey yourself over to minipickup.org, it's a very useful site ;)

I would consider getting a whole floor section with crossmember for that one.

Checkout MiniMachine panel catalog
