My little Mini has been off for a year being 'restored' and I got it back this week. Initially quite disappointed with the finish, a bit of a dodgy paint job if you look close up! That, and 2 breakdowns in 4 days and I was about to put the bloody f**king thing on ebay!

Today though, I got up early, got the turtlewax out and gave it a good clean, sorted the interior out and it has scrubbed up quite well. Maybe I was expecting too much? Then I spent the morning driving around and well any thoughts of ebay went out of the window that still wont open all the way down.. It drove lovely, a few turning heads, a couple of waves from Mini owners. That's what it's all about..

Still some things to do but I'm definitely in a better place with it than I was when I went to pick it up!

you need to put some bigger pictures on as its hard to see the good job done ..............
