mini cooper sports pack
99 t reg
high miles 117K some history engane has been changed at 98k with a 40k engine
new gearbox also fitted
usual rust not rotton around the lights
scratch on the rear 1/4
full black leather
mot til nov
i would say it needs a tidy general look over

The only thing I would add is that Rocky has probably got a lot more rust in the scuttle which will be dealt with another time.

Also, appears that Rover started putting a bead of sealant on the front wheelarch lips underneath the sportspack arches and this can feel ok until you get the arches off and same story underneath, the sealant can just be holding it all together!!

others are fine
scuttle looks and feels solid
all dry inside
under the lights has slight surface
rust spots missing
drives well
i said id get back to him he wants £1800

Tell him £1500 cash - you can't go wrong at that.been to see it the drivers arch is a little rusted (under the arch)

Without putting hands on the car I wouldn't even guess, but you could have a look here and see if senile old git (that's his tmf name) will give you an estimate. Caution is the watchword.

That is an interesing car, even as a specialist dealer I have never come across one with that mileage, but that aside it is the right colour and right model.
If you are going to buy the car and keep it I would say it is worth Circa £1200, spent a few quid restoring it, but at that mileage it is not going to be an easy one to sell on.
