Does anyone know the formula for calculating the drag racing time from the horsepower and weight of the car? I have had a look on Google and all I can find is calculators not the actual formula.

A proper formula would be very complicated; apart from drag etc the engine's power would be constantly changing as it accelerates through the gears.

force = mass x acceleration would be a good place to start. Then you'd be looking at UVATS equations

You could calculate it, but it's a lot more complicated then I expect most formula's allow. things like drag coefficient, frontal area, rolling resistance, tyre pressures, transmission losses, power and torque curves, etc will all have an effect.
