Unpleasant films aside, trainspotting usually consisted of young boys and old men partaking in making notes of steam or diesel/electric locomotive numbers.

Anyway, cracking photo's of iconic British modes of transport.

Now if you could only have got Jenny Agutter and the rest of 'The Railway Children' to wave from the distance.

Well there is a new digitally remastered DVD and Blu-Ray release of this classic 1970 family film coming soon.

So we'll have to wait and see because perhaps she did get em out in the out-takes?

:P

Well she and her sister (in the film) got their petty coats out to warn of a landslide on the track anyway.
