So, 8.4" discs at the front, which aren't adjustable, obviously. They've had new discs, pads, and caliper pistons + seals.
Drums at the rear, which have had new shoes, and pistons.
The car failed its MOT a few weeks ago on the imbalanced brakes, as it pulls harshly to the right under hard braking. This was before i replaced all of the components mentioned above.
The last thing on my list is to replace the master cylinder. Any other suggestions??
Cheers in advance for any help that can be offered, Paul.

Did the MOT say if it was the front or rears that were imbalanced?

It said both.
Just now discovered that the problem can't be the master cylnder, as the system is split front/rear, not left/right as i originally thought.
Urgh.
The flexi hose going to the front left, and indeed the steel brake line, seems fine. Any thoughts??

Any other possibilites at all??
Basically i've narrowed it down to being the metal brake pipe that links the front right to front right caliper, but i'm going to swap the two rubber brake pipes over first to make sure they're not having an effect.
Anything else i should be aware of??
Cheers, Paul.
