Hi there!

Melvin is in need of a lick of paint, he is going to be red and black....

black roof and group 6's with 7x13 alleycats
and a red body

but which red?

any suggestions and pictures would be greatly appreciated

Loads of people have Tartan red or flame red, but I like Nightfire red aswell.

Are sticking with Mini colours. I've found a red that I'm doing mine in. I think it's Peugeot Flamenco red but can't really find any good pictures of it

What about Ford Pepper Red? I think it would look nice on a Mini.

Do you want to stick with a mini colour ?? Favourite non mini reds are Candy apple red or winefire candy red, spray then in that then 3-4 coats of lacquer, buff & polish & it looks lovelly.

Loving the Ducati red! that is gorgous!

i dont mind not sticking with mini colours, i think its more important it looks right to be honest! especially with the black roof and arches!

Ferarri Rosso Red. IMO the best red there is. I had one of my old Minis psrayed in it with a gold pearl lacquer over the top
