Me Barry Tilbury and fellow committee member Mark Davies of London and surrey mini owners club have decided we are going to put my 1990 carb cooper on the road in time for London to Brighton only problem is it has not been on the road for nearly 10 years and it just a shell so with no budget and just our garages full of stuff we have 5 weeks to do it the pressure is on and to make things worse we are being filmed for the new L2B DVD and we only have 5 weeks to put it together.
Just to point out working on cars is eather one of out full time jobs

good luck, hope to see you there.
my dad has a mk1 one that is still a stripped shell, just prepping for paint at the moment, but still has everything else to recondition.
he is working nights and in the garage during the day, im really glad he's still going for it and i really hope we all make it
itd be nice to know that both cars made it
