Is the water deffo coming in from the top, ie, you haven't got a hole in the boot floor somewhere have you?

usually its the boot seal... do you have one of those later seals which are attached to the lip on the boot or the one which is stuck to the boot lid.. the former are not as good IMO.. slao check that the boot is actually sealing, you may have to adjust the position of the lock to pull the boot in tighter to the body

*edit* also moved topic into technical so will get more focus...

get the hose out and soak each seal at a time (may have to gaffer tape up the the others while you test one) then check for water in the boot, that should show you which seal is leaking so you can sort a fix for it

I changed from the boot seal that was on the boot lid
to the push fit one on the body

with no probs

bit hard to shut the boot untill it setled in

sure u fited it up the right way?

had to weld up and fill the holes on the boot lid, but left ones at bottom for dranage
and to let dirt and dust out :smartass:

mine now lets drops of rain in from the join in the rubber on the rear window seal

I had to lean on the boot to get it to shut

Then left it for 2 days in the hot summer sun

it does get better, does also mean that once its setled u get a very tight seal
