never thought of doing that my main aim was getting it dry but supose thatl sort it fanx! ill give it a goget the hose out and soak each seal at a time (may have to gaffer tape up the the others while you test one) then check for water in the boot, that should show you which seal is leaking so you can sort a fix for it

yeah i tried that but i couldnt get the boot shut lolI CHANGED FROM A BOOT SEAL THAT WAS ON THE BOOT LID TO THE PUSH FIT ONE ON THE BODY

with no probs

bit hard to shut the boot untill it setled in

sure u fited it up the right way?
had to weld up and fill the holes on the boot lid, but left ones at bottom for dranage
and to let dirt and dust out :smartass:
mine now lets drops of rain in from the join in the rubber on the rear window seal

thats exactly what i did but it worked better on the lid i think might try it again my dad was trying to fit a seal on both dunno how hes gettin on trouble is i dont wast the battery gettin soaked it all up the left en ast the moI changed from the boot seal that was on the boot lid

Then left it for 2 days in the hot summer sun :cool:
it does get better, does also mean that once its setled u get a very tight seal
