Impossible to comment , the pictures are too distant to determine "usual mini rust"

Agreed. If you're new to minis, take someone who isn't with you when you go to look at one...

Looks like it's on the verge of needing a full body resto, crusty front panel, door looks warped so the bottom is probably rusted, the A panel is rusty, without an MOT, about £800 - £1000, with an MOT - about £1500.
