What To Use To Cut Holes In The Bonnet?

Hi i am wanting to cut 3 holes in the front of my bonnet to give it a sporty look just like the pro-motive ex car. what would be the best tool a metal hole punch or a metal cutter? looking at cutting a 50mm hole then once painted fix stainless steel mesh to the back of the holes

or a Qmax cutter, although they work best on flat material they can cope with some curves, but they are a lot safer to use
