Hello all

I've got poly bushes for my shell rebuild. However I was just wondering what are the benefits and trade offs for fitting solid subframe mounts?

I'm presuming the poly bushes will be stiffer/more responsive than std rubber bushes? Would solid subframe mounts make things even tighter? Are they more noisey/crashy than poly/rubber? Why do people fit them?

Cheers

Russ
