No Lights Or Horn

just fitted a metro mg engine and got it all running spot on but then relized i had no lights or horn working. I have checked the fuse its fine and the only wires i have allterd is the starter motor ones as changed it to run a pre engaged starter any one got any ideas

What Mini is it? Please answer the questions the new thread form asked, not all Minis are the same.

The lighting and fuses 3 and 4 are all supplied through the second spade connector at the solenoid I believe, have you connected that properly?

Im not 100% sure i put all the wires on to 1 side of the old solenoid to save extending them all and had to just change a couple of the wires around to make it run

Well there should be 4 fairly thick brown and possibly brown/blue cables coming from the loom which all need to run to the battery supply terminal together.
