I blagged myself a roofrack of a VW owner and although its the right size for the mini the fixings that came with it are a complete enigma.
Essentially i have the "cradle" but no way of fixing it to the car.
Anyone have any ideas where i can get some fixings made up.
Sorry no picture just yet but if anyone wants one i will go and take one.

also id say get a picture up anyway so its easier for people to see what sorta of roof rack it actually is

I bought one a couple of weeks ago, which was from an of Volvo. Iv been led to believe that as long as its for roofs with gutters it should fit. Dont you have any brackets?

Nope no brackets at all. i got 4 U clamps and bolts that clamp round the bars of the roof rack but thats it

Trying to keep it as period as i can. Thule roof bars arent exactly 1970's
