If it's not the hose connection - you will need a new heater element. But are you sure it's not water leaking in a t the windscreen - and dripping down through the heater? Coincidence that it's maybe raining this morning............

im sure its not the rain it happened the other day but not as much and ive put towels all around the matrix to stop any water dripping down if it was windscreen but i found that it was leaking from in a small gap and ive cheaked all hose connections and all fine when you say heater element do you mean the whole unit thanks dannyIf it's not the hose connection - you will need a new heater element. It might be worth a try but most later matrixes are ally and will just corrode more over time. It would be best to replace the matrix. You might find a cheaper option buying a complete heater from an auction site, and replacing the whole lot, but changing a matrix is not a difficult job and a brand new matrix will hopefully have a guarantee with it.
