After 4 years off the road, i've completed everything i wanted to do (so far) and i'll be putting my mini in for it's MOT at the end june.
I can't wait to give it a good blast on sunny days! It's going to be more fun than laughing. >_<

Very nice. I am planning to finish mine in Almond green, and your pictures have confirmed I will paint the arches green too. What/who's arches have you used?

They are narrow group 2 arches. From ebay, seller was minipartscentre. They come unfinished in a kind of black primer/coat. Spent a bit of time flatting with wet & dry the high spots/imperfections. Not too much trouble though, worth it for the finish.
The almond green on my mini is the late Rover colour. I'm convinced that the earlier 60's Almond green is slightly different.(i bought several "colour matched" aerosols from reputable suppliers which were a different shade.
Bear this in mind if you need touch up pens/sprays etc in the future.

The finish on your car is superb. Can see why it took so long to do.
