Not one to moan much but I thought this show was poor.

Poor turnout, poor traders (very few and very expensive), poor weather, poor p.a., good dough nuts though! Good job it wasn't a mini only event.

I don't think I will waste my time with this one again....... what did others think?

me and the missis went too, was not amazing to be honest, i know it was mainly the weather that spoilt it, but having dashed under the tress a good few times and had people come over and have a pee right next to us a few times i think the missis had had enough, and to be honest so did i.

poor turnout of minis i think sadly. the classics were nice though, plenty morris 1000s and a beautifull bedford cf that i wanted to take home!

was a loong way to go for us for 1 1/2hrs looking about it the rain. should have stayed home and done some tiling in my bathroom!

Cheers matey! I didn't volunteer and have never done that before...(as you could tell), however the P.A didn't turn up...so it was me...or no one! Lol! You should have volunteered to take over, I really wouldn't have minded, we were supposed to be leaving at 1!

Haha! it's ok...I know I was a bit *insert any word here*! They just told me what to say and what to ask, I was a bit nervous!

On the up side...I got to meet loads of new people, so bonus!

hasn't Andy greenwood sorted a new master of ceromonies out yet, the last one popped his cloggs a week or so before the Newark show, they got someone to stand in then.

I went along today thinking it was only a classic car show. Got a bit of a shock when all the minis turned up. I would say that the biggest let down of the day was the weather, I got there at 10.30 and left at 1.30 I was that cold. Glad I didn't go in the mini in the end.

I was supposed to be going, but decided to have a day with the wife and kids....... she ended up doing housework and i
spent most of the time on the Lappy,,, oh well, May get to Himley next week..
