ok, we went and looked at the Rio mini in the classifieds section, and Gaile (wife) was pleased with it. It is loud, probably due to the modified exhaust system and bolt on K&N Filter but drives nice, handles great.

Advice please.

This apparently has gas filled fully adjustable shocks on it, now when we test drove it they were pretty bouncy, much to my 10 year old daughters delight, can these be adjusted to be just a little softer not too soft but as much fun as it was it did feel pretty harsh.

I will say the wife got out and was incredibly excited to be in a mini again.

There were of course a few small rust areas and a couple of larger rust bubbles on the hood area, so the question is this. Would it be cheaper to replace the panels with the bubbles on or better to remove those parts and fill. Only she may want it re-sprayed at some point so I figure there is alot more work in cleaning the metal work down ready for paint than having new panels painted and then put on?

OTherwise looks good sounds great so deposit paid collection on Wednesday.

Does anyone have an MOT suggested check list for minis, it has an MOT but runs out end of May so this month
