Bits and bobs like straps and lamp bars have been discussed before in their own little threads, but there hasn't been a recent talk about it, and since all of the links (italianjobminicoopers.com, ocoop, etc.) now either don't exist, or don't sell the accesories, I thought it'd be worth starting a new thread to ask.

I'm after the bonnet straps first off, and then I'll possibly buy the Lamp bar and lamps from huddersfield spares in a few weeks (I know it comes with basic spots, and not Cibie Oscars but who has £75 to spend on one spotlamp!). I'm having a problem with finding just the straps though. The only place I can track down the right bonnet straps is in the 'italian job kit' from huddersfield spares, which is 200 quid, and includes a roll cage which I don't want.

Any ideas on the straps guys?

Not too sure on the straps as i used to want a set but had no luck in tracking down the correct ones. You can purchase exact film replica lamp bars from www.theitalianjobminicoopers.com and even the GB sticker with little AA logo at the top etc.

Cool, where did you get the lamps and lamp bar from? They don't look as big as cibie oscars, but I like them.

It doesn't seem to bad an-offer tbf does it. But since I'll never get doing any racing or off road stuff, I'm toying with the idea of making my own cage, just for show. lol Not sure if the painstaking measuring and remeasuring, and cost of materials, would outweigh the cost of buying one new. But it'd sure be fun to have a go at. Anyway, I digress...
