Hi everyone, i have purchased myself a set of 5 genuine 10"x4.5" magnesium minilite wheels with the outer lip (need a little work where they have corroded in the past in the part of the rim where the tyre would fit over) and was wondering if anyone has any minilites 10x4.5 wheels on there minis.

If people have any rally inspired/lookalike minis then they would be most helpful as i want to make my mini look more like a 60's mk2 rally car.

Thanks in advance, Evan.

Thanks for the pictures, just what i was after very much appreciated. They look like 10x5 or even 10x5.5 on some of those works minis so i'll have to space out my little 10x4.5's.

I was thinking that i wouldn't need any arches but i may have them on spacers as i would like to fit some rally type arches as i am going to have some rally styling on my mini.
Regarding the magnesium minilites, they are fairly rough in the inner part where the tyre covers (where the air inthe tyre is if you like). I emailed minilite and they said not to use them as they are as brittle as glass as mine are the very early ones with a groove just towards the outside of the spokes and the lip on the outside. I think they are pre 1967, but they were really cheap so i haven't really lost out (just a shame i have installed yoko a032's on them prior to finding out the info).
