Hi Guys
Although I am more interested in the VTEC setup but will take advice from all (educated statements) as to a starting point of brake bias percentage between front and rear.
Thanks

No bloody idea. I just didnt want to ignore you. I know how much you love the forum! =D
Id say an educated guess at 60front/40 rear, I set mine to roughly half way and it worked really well straight out and i tweeked it round the track but ive kinda lost where i was at now. the problem with a twisty knob with no markings but i worked it out for now. If you haev the Wilwood set up your in for such a treat they are awesome! Beats Caterham breaks for sure.
How do you adjust yours with the Wilwood box then?!

Cheers for not leaving me hanging
Yer I have set it 50/50 and was going to do the same, although I think I might have slightly more bias to the rear with the extra weight of the VTEC lump, plus that charger and manifold isnt light.
The Wilwood box has a balance bar and a remote knob (tee hee I said knob), I have the Polymarix E pads in it which are supposed to be the best for the setup - according to Richard @ Z's
Balance bar on rear of pedal box
Remote Knob - there I go again "KNOB" - ha ha ha (Oh my God I have to have a serious word with myself)
And yer I cant deny I do love the forum, it just seemed that it was dying a slow death, so for a short while I will keep posting as much as poss to keep it going but I cant believe there are only 8 or so people building one, but then I guess a forum isnt everyones cup of tea, although I get the feeling there are a lot of lurkers, I was before I began my build diary - shame it would be nice to see others work.

I set the minus to 50/50 on the kad master cylinders and this was perfect for the sva man so just left it at that. Couldn't fit the adjuster knob as Mr sva says the bias bar has to be permanently disabled. One less thing for Andy to mess around with though .

Cheers Pete.
Will have to give it some serious hard braking into the corners on the shakedown to see if it needs any adjustment, I am guessing some fine tuning might be required.
I took mine out for another blast up the road last night - even made it to the shift light this time and I have to say that i isa quick as I hoped it would be, so close to the finish I can almost taste it.

start in the middle then find somewhere quiet and turn all one way see what it does then go other way see what it does mark on KNOB there ive said it as well front and rear with arrow so you know which way does which
real good tip is look at brake dust on wheels after a good thrash loads more on one end than other would indicate too much brake on the dustiest end
