Hi all

was just wondering how easy it is to fit a cigarette lighter as i have a sat nav but i can't charge it in the car?

its pretty easy to do, shouldnt take more than 30 mins if that.

theres a little guide i did in there, its somewhere around the 6th page onwards, can't remember exactly which.
but it shows how i wired mine up from the stater solenoid, works perfectly.

i use the double socket one that tesco's sell for £1.63 iirc, has 2 ciggy sockets and a usb charger port, then i just chop the ciggy plug off wire it up into the stereo switched feed, and mount the little black box on the lower dash rail with a sticky pad and cable tie all looks neat. takes about 20-30mins depending on wiring etc.

sorry for going of topic, but i hate you right now im trying to quit and keep seeing you thread title, i am now going outside for a fag as i can't cope any more.
