Hi all hoping for some ideas or experiances from anyone that has fitted fiberglass doors and when i try to shut the standard rubber door seals are too thick are there options or any ideas would be great :(

Are you sure it's the seals that are the problem and not the door,latch being miss aligned? If it is the seals you could try slitting the tubular section of the seal so it compresses more when compressed. Of course if that doesn't work you're knackered a door seal but it might be worth a try.

when the rubbers removed door shuts and operates fine just once rubbers on its to tight to shut but not a consitant thickness, think its going ot take a lot of playing ;) unless .... ? ?

i know smarties usually have the answer but not this time .... more suggestions welcome :)
