I'm ready to paint my engine now and just wondered what engine paint you guys used.Also does anyone know of anywhere who sells stainless nuts and bolts that'll fit my engine

u want to use high temp paint, usually hamerite does the trick, but like any painted engine if not cleaned regularly it wont last very long!

I use hammerite, dont be fooled too much by this high temp paint, honestly how hot do you think an engine block gets... ????

bought mine fromfrost they have about a dozen different colours of engine enamel! Very good and doesn't flake at all!

Make sure you clean your block really well and then use some POR15 on it to prepare it (you can get this from frost too)
