Model: Mini Cooper Sport LE
Year:1998

Description of problem:

Recently acquired this mini, that has undergone extensive refurb. One issue is that there appears to be underseal on the rear of the front passanger seat. The seat is leather and in dark British racing green colour. I want to remove this stain, that is about the size of your hand, not only for asthetic reasons but also because it is by the knee of any rear passenger and is of a sticky tar consistency. Don't know what is best to use plus I'm concerned that whatever will move this stuborn substance is likely to damage the leather or take out its colour. Any suggestions? Rgds, Harry
