Got a 88 mayfair with flat spots the lot,

Does anyone know anywhere decent that could do rolling road tuning on a mini in the Midlands area? Finding it hard to locate someone., The only place properly advertising seems to be minisport which is quite far. . .

Just need it on a road and mixtures sorted etc.

as said smart performance, once he has the rolling road in and fitted, theres a garage in erdington- birmingham

other than that can't think of any other immediate mini specialists in tuning in the staffordshire/shropshire area.
but im sure theres one somewhere aha

went there last week as he's having henry for the last bits of work/MOT and he's sold it off unfortunately

you mean collins in erdignton?
i no he sold his rollers, but he can still get it tuned to the same level (almost) by ear.

has he sold the garage aswell?

ive been to this place and been past when they got cars on the rr, they dont half rev them, you cvan hear the car screaming from up the road!!
Aldon automotive is also by me, but never seen a rr sesion there.

I took my rally mini to Aldon Automotive ,not very impressed ,wouldn't tick over when I used it next .
A mate of mine takes his mk2 escort to Mikeanics in Congleton ,not that far up the M6 from you.
They do seem to thrash the cars on the rolling road ,last time I had mine done you could feel the ground shake !! it's a bit worrying when its your pride and joy screeming for its life.

Been to hi-tech of few times, heard good things about him, but mine came out running lean, badly! Was because one of his mates came with his rally car and rushed mine to get it off the roller IMO. Going to try Aldon for the 1310.

ill end up getting mine done when its ready for the road. Maybe a day could be set up, might get a group discount? If its around the time when my mini is running id go, if not id come down for a look anyway
