well all the parts are coming together nicely now and work shall be commencing this saturday!

I have collected up the following

1275cc a+ engine
rebuilt gearbox
front and rear anti roll bar kit
2 new wings
new driver and passenger footwells
new outer sills
45 dcoe weber carb (well its on my dads mgb gt but im trying to convince him the mini will be a better home for it!)

Still got some more pieces i would like but they will be sourced along the way.

i have also got a nice big farm shed to do all the work in thanks to my parents in law!

And lastly but not least, the restoration will be featured in practical classics magazine later in the year!

pictures to follow!

With the amount of welding ahead I would of thought "Miggy" would be more appropriate! :D

Just kidding good luck.

it is rather dawnting seeing all the rust! but luckily i have my dad helping me, he restores classic cars for a living and has had quite a few minis in the past. he used to rally them at one point so his rally prepping skillsmay come in handy aswell!
