Hi can anyone tell me a definative answer to this question.....Can you fit a Rokee style dash into a mini whilst retaining the top dash rail?

My friend has but it overhangs as the rokee dash sits close to the bulkhead. But yes it can be done.

Well, imagines you take your present dash out (providing you have a dash that bolts in behind the rails) the Rokee sits at an angle.

Not as low as the pictures but that gives you a little idea.

He took off the dash rail after a while!

that wouldnt be to bad if you modified the holes to be lower or plug them up and reupholster it

what about reshaping the bottom edge of the padded dash rail so the dials are more visable?

hi cheers for the offer, but Im not keen on how they look with the top dash rail in and seeing as though Ive just had mine recovered in leather I want to keep the top dash rail....cheers anyway
