Anyone know anything about this/other mini camper vans?!

This is just pure genuis surely?! Brought to my attention by my friend in response to me saying I was thinking about living in my mini (I was being silly, not serious!), which someone from TMF jokingly suggested to me today!
Definitely on my wish list for when I win the lottery anyway.

For those interested lots of info here on page translated from French and nicked from the thread PanelBeaterPeter provided
Wildgoose
Despite 'on twisty roads it tends to "swing"' (I bet it did) and apparently only (guesstimated) 50 ever made so now incredibly rare, I still want one!

I'll build you one if you pay me lots and lots of money?
Including getting it through the IVA for me?!

How about $7,500 it seems ... HERE
I reckon that if anybody used 'buy it now' at $7,500 then they got themselves a bit of a bargain

If you want to actually see the blue Mini Wildgoose in the first post picture, it is owned by BMW and is on display in their Mini museum at the MINI factory in Cowley, Oxford, which is part of the regular factory tours open to the public and Mini enthusiasts. It can sometimes be seen at car shows, as already said last year it was at the IMM at Longbridge in the official MINI display marquee and also at the Goodwood Revival on the BMW MINI 'Earls Court' stand.
mab01uk, I really really do actually want to see that Wildgoose. Thanks for the info, I thought that all I was looking for in life was here in the TMF South West, but as I have never seen a Mini Wildgoose 'in the flesh' I must broaden my horizons and travel to different TMF regions - how exciting!
Thanks everybody for all the help and info, if I ever buy one or raise the cash to have PBP custom build one I'll let you all know!!

Thanks for the replies, E.L.M.O, will google now I know its proper name and have a nose around. Sonikk44 I bet it's a swine to drive, according to good old Wiki, apparently top speed of 70mph, but 'cruising' speed of 50mph 'more realistic' (if no less scary I'd imagine!)
Cheers
Hi, I have a Wildgoose and they drive quite well. You do have to be sensible about loading, in the same way as you do with an estate. Happy to deal with any queries.
