hi mate, i recently painted mine with their paint cans and i was very impressed with the quality i only got one run and if you use the red tips (they give an oval spray im not sure on the size of them but i can have a look for you if u want) it gives good coverage and fairly smooth will need a fair bit of G3 but much cheaper that a pro job.

You can get a good finish with aerosols, but it takes ages and a lot of material, just because you need so many coats of paint to make it look good. I'd do one panel at a time. I discovered you can get lacquer in an aerosol from the poundland, and it's surprisingly good, I painted my girlfriends bike helmet with it.

It doesn't realistically compete with a spray gun finish in terms of durability and depth of colour, but if you don't want to go the whole hog and buy the right equipment, it can be done.
