I've just noticed that my 87 E reg has no roof gutter drain holes at the rear , only at the front. Does this seem correct as it just allows water to stand. The paint is already lifing so I suspect it is turning nasty under there. Previous Mini's I've owner always had one on each corner.
I'm tempted to drill some through on each rear corner. Are all later cars like this ?

Nah, Lulu (96 cooper) has them at each corner

My 93 cooper doesnt have any either.......crumbs,best get the drill out!!

My 97 Cooper doesn't have any front or back. I don't let her out when it's wet - except she was caught in torrential rain on the way back from the Brighton run last month.
